Iranian parliament rejects budget bill of upcoming year
Tehran (IP) - Iranian Members of Parliament rejected the budget bill of the upcoming year,1399 (2020/2021).
Iran Press/ Iran news Iranian parliamentarians on Monday 24 February at an open session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, after hearing the views of the supporters and dissenters, rejected the proposed budget for the year 1399 with 67 votes in favor, 114 against and 3 abstentions out of 191 in the parliament.
Therefore, it seems the budget bill for the year 1399 in the Persian calendar (2020/2021) will not be approved by the Iranian parliament during this period.
