Fire in building materials market in Baku eliminated

Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire that erupted at the building material market 'EuroHome' in Baku as the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations stated.
Iran Press/ Asia: “The fire in the Eurohome building materials market in Baku has been extinguished,” the country's Ministry of Emergencies quoted Interfax-Azerbaijan as saying.
Three helicopters, one aircraft, 29 fire engines, and about 150 manpower were involved in the fire-fighting efforts. The burnt area now covers about two hectares.
An investigation into the causes of the fire is underway.
A fire broke out at the building material market “EuroHome” in Baku’s Binagadi district on Tuesday.
Earlier it became known that as a result of a fire in a market in Baku, two people received gas poisoning and were hospitalized.205/219
