Russia's Permanent Representative to International Organizations based in Vienna said that the United States had violated the UN Charter by withdrawing from Iran's Nuclear Agreement 2015 and by failing to implement UN Security Council Resolution 2231.
Iran Press/Europe: Mikhail Ulyanov wrote on Twitter on Saturday that the United States does not implement UN Security Council Resolution 2231, which endorsed Iran's nuclear agreement known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), and also prevents others from implementing it.
Why do we say that in context of #JCPOA US violates the UN Charter? Because according to Article 25 of the Charter Member States undertook to accept and carry out UNSC resolutions. US doesn’t implement 2231 resolution which approved JCPOA and prevent others from doing that.

Trump's action has received widespread domestic and international condemnation.
