Iran's Ambassador to the UK Hamid Baeidinejad said that the agreement between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on resolving the nuclear safeguards problems made the US disappointed about the continuation of the so-called Maximum Pressure campaign.

Iran PressEurope: Baeidinejad tweeted on Wednesday, "The IAEA's admitting that its request for access to Iran's facilities should be based on IAEA's independent analysis and by providing the access, the IAEA would have no other question or request for another access to places except those mentioned, made the US disappointed with regard to taking the issue of Iran's safeguards to the UN Security Council."

Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), agreed in a joint statement on Wednesday to voluntarily provides the UN nuclear watchdog with access to two locations as the agency’s chief Rafael Mariano Grossi wrapped up his stay in Tehran on Wednesday after holding talks with the senior Iranian officials.

Grossi arrived in Tehran on Monday night, heading a high ranking delegation.
