Iran's minister of science has received the Parliament's yellow card over the PhD students' program.

Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's minister of science, research, and technology, Mansour Gholami has received the yellow card on Tuesday over shortcomings and deficiencies in organizing the Ph.D. students program.

Furthermore; during Majlis public session on Tuesday, the Iranian parliamentarians disagreed with the annulment of provincial elections in the near future, Iran Press reported.  104/ 211 /203
