Iranians mourn the martyrdom of Fatima Zahra, Prophet Mohammad's daughter and one of the most inspiring figures for Shia Muslims.
Iran Press/Iran news: People from all walks of life attended mourning ceremonies across the country to pay tribute to Hazrat Fatima, the wife of Imam Ali the first Shia Imam.
The occasion, falls on the third day of the lunar Islamic month of Jamadi al-Thani, Iran Press reported.
Hazrat Fatima, the mother of the second and third Shia Imams, is regarded as a role model by Muslim women for her moral and religious virtues. 101/202
