Ahwaz (IP)- One hundred and fifty foreign students, studying in Iran, visited battle fields of war imposed on Iran from 1980 to 1988.

Iran Press/Iran news: The visitors and pilgrims were from nine countries including Italy, Turkey, Argentina, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Lebanon, Pakistan, Senegal and Afghanistan.

The visit began on February 27 and the students visited the Southern areas particularly Shalamche, near Khorramshahr for four days, Iran Press reported.

The students also visited Karkheh Dam, Iran's largest dam on Thursday.

This trip was organized by the foundation for protection of the Heritage of Holly war and propagation of its values and Iran International University. 101/211/202
