Qom (IP) - A supplication and prayer ceremony known as 'night of power' or 'nigh of destiny' ceremony, was held in the holy city of Qom, with worshippers praying and supplicating all night, until the morning break.
Iran press/Iran news: On the 23rd night of Ramadhan, a supplication and prayer ceremony, known as the night of power or destiny ceremony (referred to in the Holy Quran as Laylat-ol-Ghadr) was held in the holy city of Qom in central Iran, at the revered shrine of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (peace be upon her), the daughter of Imam Musa Kazem (peace be upon him) and sister of Imam Reza (peace be upon him), according to Iran Press.
The nights of nineteenth, twenty first and twenty third of Ramadhan are known as the night of Ghadr (literally the night of power or the night of destiny). Worshippers packed the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (peace be upon her) in Qom on Tuesday night, the third possible night of destiny. 101/211
