14th national festival of Iranian Aush in Iran's Zanjan

Zanjan (IP) - The 14th national festival of Iranian Aush, a traditional Iranian food, is underway in Zanjan's Gav-Zang tourism complex.
Iran Press/Iran news: Iranian Aush festival is the greatest national event the fourteenth round of which is underway from as of August 12 to 16, 2019 in Zanjan.
More than 100,000 people visit the exposition each day.
Aush is a thick soup, usually served hot and is part of Iranian cuisine.
Aush could also be found in the cuisine of such countries Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Caucasus, and Turkey. 104/215
