Birjand (IP) - Aiming at supporting production booming, Iran's Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports and deputy head of the Economic Resistance Headquarters, during a trip to Birjand, the capital of South Khorasan Province, paid a visit to Kavir-Tire factory.
Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports and acting head of the Economic Resistance Headquarters Masoud Soltanifar visited the various stages of Birjand's Kavir-Tire factory's production line on Saturday evening and talked to its managers, reported Iran press.
Producing about 30 percent of Iran's tires, the Kavir-Tire factory is the largest industrial unit in South Khorasan Province.
Eying on expanding production, Kavir- Tire has a variety of projects on its agenda that will help the economy boom for the province.
Massoud Soltanifar also visited a number of sports projects in South Khorasan Province, including the Mehr Shahr sports complex, where teenager athletes showcased some acrobatic movements.
