Press TV journalist and presenter said that we here in IRIB have a responsibility to make the world understand what is happening not just in Yemen but in many other places throughout the world where Western media coverage is either patchy or non-existent.
Iran press/Iran news: Speaking at a ceremony to honour IRIB World Service personnel for their efforts in the 'Soft War' in Tehran on Sunday, Marzieh Hashemi referred to her imprisonment in the United States and thanked everyone at IRIB for their support during her time in prison in the United States.
Press TV journalist and presenter, Marzieh Hashemi, spent eleven days in prison in January 2019, where she was detained without any charges being brought against her.
