US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Washington will end the sanctions waiver on Iran's nuclear enrichment fuel site in Fordow repeating the worn-out allegations against Iran's peaceful nuclear program.

However, he failed to announce that Tehran's incremental scale back of the 2015 nuclear deal with world powers began in reaction to the unilateral withdrawal of the US from the multilateral agreement in 2018 and re-imposition of sanctions on Iran.
