Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that Muslims are members of the same family urging them to share responsibility toward each other.

Iran Press/ Asia: He made the remarks in a tweet message on his account after meeting Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad in Kula Lumpur on Wednesday.

It is incumbent on the Islamic countries to cooperate against the pressure of major powers, Rouhani added.

The Iranian president is in Malaysia to take part in the Kuala Lumpur summit 2019. He is due to fly to Tokyo later at the invitation of Japanese Premier Shinzo Abe.
