Iran's Foreign Minister in separate telephone conversations with Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Khalid al-Sabah and Foreign Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nasser al-Mohammad al-Sabah on Wednesday congratulated them on their new posts.
