The Special Assistant to the Speaker of the Majlis (Iranian parliament) in International Affairs has said collective cooperation on a regional scale is Tehran's top priority.

Iran Press/Iran news: "If some want to play with fire and follow America's incendiary policies and toy with regional security, Iran will not go tied down," Hussein Amir-Abdollahian tweeted on Saturday night.

Referring to Iran-Russia-China joint naval exercises, Amirabdollahain added that the message of the drill is peace and friendship, representing Iran's effort to provide regional and energy transit.

Naval forces of Iran, Russia, and China started a large-scale maritime exercise in the northern part of the Indian Ocean and the Sea of Oman on Friday 27th December and it will end on Monday.
