Tehran (IP) - The head of the political office of the Palestinian Hamas Movement, Ismail Haniyah, while delivering a speech during the funeral ceremony of Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani has said that Soleimani is the martyred of Qods. 207/201

Iran Press/ Iran News: During the funeral procession of Lieutenant-General Qasem Soleimani, the late commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), senior political leader of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh said: "Today we are here in Tehran to express our sincere feelings to our dear martyred brother Qasem Soleimani, a commander who has made many sacrifices for Palestine to become this figure."

"We are in Tehran to express our condolences over the martyrdom of  Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani, to the Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the government and the people of Iran," Haniyah said in his speech.  

He added: "The brutal crime committed by the US reflects their criminal spirit that has caused these crimes and bloodshed in the land of Palestine. The criminal spirit that led to the death of martyred Soleimani was the same criminal spirit of the Zionist regime, who committed many crimes and have assassinated the leaders of resistance and Palestine."

"I emphasize that the resistance mainstream in the Palestinian territory in the face of Israeli and American conspiracies will never fail. Without any doubt, we will remain in the resistance mainstream, until we expel the occupiers from our land", Hamas Leader added.
