Tehran (IP): Iran's Minister of Information and Communications Mohammad-Javad Azari-Jahromi said 'Zafar' satellite will be launched into the Earth's orbits from the central city of Semnan, with the velocity of 7,400 km.

Iran Press/Iran news: Mohammad-Javad Azari-Jahromi added that the first satellite-transmitted image would be the image of the late commander of Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Martyr Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, in addition to 400 voice messages of the Iranian nation.

Iran's Minister of Information and Communications also referred to the recent Internet disruption, adding, "The enemies were determined to affect our network; however, the attack has failed." 

"The second wave of attacks of the enemies is aiming to disrupt the Internet; aiming at Internet outage on the eve the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution."
