LT. Gen. Soleimani's fight against terrorism had no geographical limit: Leader's Rep.
Mashhad (IP) - The representative of the Leader for IRGC's Quds Force has said that martyr Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani's fight against terrorism was non-stop and had knew no geographical limits.
Iran Press/Iran News: Delivering a speech in a ceremony at Imam Reza's (AS) Holy Shrine in Mashhad, northeast of Iran, on Thursday Hojjatoleslam Ali Shirazi said that Lieutenant General Soleimani had fought constantly for 40 years against either the Iraqi Ba'athist regime or the US and Israeli-backed terrorists.
Ali Shirazi highlighted General Soleimani's sincerity and obedience to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and said quoting General Soleimani: "I know nobody among the Shia clerics better than Ayatollah Khamenei."
Shirazi pointed to Martyr Soleimani's will in which he addressed the Iranian nation and advised them to wholeheartedly prefer obedience to the Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei and his guidelines over anything, which are a legacy of the Late founder of Islamic Revolution Imam Khomeini (RH).
The representative of the Leader for IRGC's Quds Force Hojjatoleslam Ali Shirazi made the remarks in a ceremony held for the commemoration of Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani's 40th day of martyrdom in Mashhad, the capital of Razavi Khorasan, northeast of Iran.
On February 13, Iranians mark 40 days since the assassination of their top General. The US assassinated General Soleimani, the former commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), and a number of others in a set of drone strikes targeting Baghdad’s civilian airport on January 3.
