Tehran (IP)- The Spokesman for Iran’s Guardian Council reacted to the US Secretary of State’s comments about changing Iran’s ruling system.

Iran Press/ Iran news: Abbasali Kadkhodaei said in a tweet on Wednesday that the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has forgotten that the ruling system of Iran changed 41 years ago.

“Former head of the CIA terrorist organization Secpompeo @ claims that the popular system of the Islamic Republic of Iran must change! He has forgotten that this action was taken 41 years ago, not on his advice, but because of the illegal interference of the United States, it's looting Iran's resources, and numerous crimes against the Iranian youth and people,” Kadkhodaei twitted.

Pompeo said in a press conference that Iran will remain under sanctions, and Tehran must change its behavior, and the Iranian people must understand the importance of it.
