Larijani to attend parliament sessions after test becomes 'negative'

Tehran (IP) - The Speaker of Iran's Parliament Larijani received a negative result from coronavirus tests and will attend sessions of the parliament next week, the Spokesman for Iran's Parliament Presiding Board announced.
Iran Press/ Iran News: Asadollah Abbasi said on Monday that the Speaker of Iran's Parliament has ended his self-quarantine since yesterday, adding: "Ali Larijani will attend sessions of the Parliament next week."
He also noted that the sessions of the parliament would be held from the following week, with observing the social distancing guidelines.
Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani had tested positive for COVID-19, according to the announcement of the Parliament's Department of Public Relations on Thursday, April 2.
