Iran to export COVID-19 test kits to Germany, Turkey
Tehran (IP) - Iran's Vice President for Science and Technology said domestic test kits for the coronavirus would be exported to Germany and Turkey in the coming weeks.
Iran Press/Iran News: "The coronavirus serological test kits, manufactured by domestic knowledge-based companies, have received the necessary export licenses from Iran's Ministry of Health," Sorena Sattari announced on Monday.
He went on to say that all export details would be finalized under the supervision of the Ministry of Health in the following weeks, and the coronavirus serological test kits would be exported to Germany and Turkey.
"Iran has achieved self-sufficiency in the production of the coronavirus serological testing kits, now can export them to most countries," Iran's Vice President for Science and Technology said.
Sorena Sattari added that Iran is able to run one million coronavirus tests per day, all of which are domestically produced.
