IRGC, Army commanders extend condolences over martyrdom of Navy personnel
Tehran (IP) - Iran's Army and Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Chief Commanders expressed their condolences on the martyrdom of the Iranian Navy personnel during the naval exercise in the waters of the Oman Sea.
Iran Press/Iran News: In a message following the martyrdom of a number of Navy sailors in the warship accident, Chief Commander of the Iranian Army Major General Seyyed Abdolrahim Mousavi expressed his deepest condolences to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the bereaved families as well as all his fellow soldiers.
Also, Iran's IRGC Chief Commander Major General Hossein Salami, in a message, addressed the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the bereaved families, and all Iran's Armed Forces personnel, expressing his condolences over the martyrdom of the sailors of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran during a navy drill in the waters of the Oman Sea.
On Sunday afternoon, an incident happened to the Konarak logistic vessel during a naval drill with other ships in waters near Iran's southern port of Jask in which 19 were martyred and 15 others were injured.
The top Iranian commanders asked God Almighty to bestow patience and grace upon the bereaved families.
