Tehran (IP) - Iranian researchers at Tehran University and Sharif University of Technology have succeeded in fabricating smart thermo-responsive polymer composites.

Iran Press/Iran news: According to the public relations and information center of the Office of the Vice-President for Science and Technology Affairs, specific property and shape can be given to material by smart polymer composites, which is stored in the memory of the material. 

Over the past two decades, shape-memory polymers (SMPs) have attracted much interest because of their self-healing properties that can be widely applicable in medical facilities, aerospace, weaving, civil engineering, energy, electronic engineering, and home products. 101/207
