Dogharoon Border temporally closed to Afghan nationals
Mashhad (IP) - Colonel Ali Akbar Ghorbani, the police commander of Taybad city, said that due to the spread of corona disease in this city the entring of Afghan citizens from the Dogharoon border in northeastern Razavi Khorasan Province into Iran was temporarily banned.
Iran Press/Iran News: Colonel Ali Akbar Ghorbani said on Tuesday that the Afghan transit drivers are excluded from the temporary ban.
Ghorbani also added: "Since yesterday, the plan to restrict the entry of passenger cars from the cities of Torbat-e Jam, Khaf and the Dogharoon border into the city of Taybad has been implemented."
Dogharoon is Iran’s top border customs office in terms of employing modern management technologies, electronic infrastructures, and computerization which is located on the Iran-Afghanistan border in Razavi Khorasan Province.
