Tehran(IP): Head of the Health Ministry's Center for Management of Contagious Diseases stated, "One of the Health Ministry's concerns is the unpredictability of the virus in the cold season and what might happen if Coronavirus will coincide with Flu."

Iran Press/ Asia: In Corona Management Opportunity Assessment Working Group Meeting, Mohammad Mehdi Goya said, "We are facing a completely novel virus, which is different from its own family."

He remarked "Today, patients 10 times more likely to be diagnosed outside of hospitals than in hospitals."

"In some provinces, more outpatients have been identified, which has been one of the key successes of the Ministry of Health," Goya added.

Today, the global coronavirus cases passed 10 million on according to a Reuters tally, while the disease has so far killed almost half a million people in seven months. The figure is roughly double the number of severe influenza illnesses recorded annually, according to the World Health Organization.  212/ 104
