The head of the Tehran Emergency Center said the incident left three people injured in the medical clinic.

Iran Press/ Iran news: The incident took place in a medical clinic in the neighborhood of Shariati Street, below Quds Square, Mahroozzadeh Alley.

According to Saberian, the incident was probably caused by a gas capsule explosion.

Jalal Maleki, the spokesman for Tehran Fire Department, also commented on the incident by saying: "The incident took place about 45 minutes ago in a medical clinic on Shariati Street, not far from Quds Square."
