    109-year-old Iranian patient overcomes COVID-19

Kermanshah (IP) - A 109-year-old man from Kermanshah, western Iran infected with the Coronavirus has been discharged from hospital yesterday after full recovery.

Iran PressIran News: The patient was admitted to the hospital a week ago with a positive PCR test and symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, and oxygen saturation.

So far, dozens of Coronavirus patients in Iran over the age of 90 have defeated the deadly virus and been discharged from the hospital.

According to the Iranian Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education on Friday (yesterday), out of a total of 252,720 people infected with the coronavirus in the country, 215,015 have recovered. 207/216
