Iran's Mashad furthers disinfectant production to fight corona
Mashhad (IP) - Following the outbreak of the coronavirus in Mashad, the capital of Khorasan Razavi Province in northeastern Iran, the production of a disinfectant solution has increased.
Iran Press/ Iran News: A factory in Mashad, which used to produce food until the last five months, changed its production line to produce 150,000 liters of 80%-alcohol disinfectant based on the new formula of the World Health Organization per day during two working shifts with 200 workers.
More than 45 factories in the metropolis of Mashhad are producing disinfectants to fight the coronavirus. In addition, adherence to health protocols, including maximal use of mask and social distance, is essential to prevent coronary heart disease.
Following the re-outbreak of the coronavirus, the city of Mashad is in a red-alert state and some restrictions continue with any public gathering has been banned.
