More than 261 000 people recovered from COVID 19 Health Spox
The Spokeswoman for Iran's Ministry of Health, in her presser, said, so far, 301, 530 people in the country have definitely been infected with the coronavirus, and 261, 200 of the total infected people have recovered and have been discharged.
Iran Press/Iran News: The Spokeswoman for Iran's Ministry of Health Sima Sadat Lari on Thursday reported the latest data on the coronavirus in the country and the deaths caused by the virus.
She said: "According to the definitive laboratory findings and from yesterday to July 30 in the country, 2,621 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed in the country and the number of patients with this disease reached 301,530."
1,588 of the new patients were hospitalized, Lari reported.
The Spokeswoman said, "Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours, 226 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, and 16,569 people have lost their lives in the country to date."
4,041 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition.
"So far, around 2,431,804 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country," the Health Ministry spokeswoman said.
According to the spokeswoman, the provinces of Tehran, Mazandaran, Golestan, Fars, East Azerbaijan, Ardabil, Isfahan, Alborz, Ilam, Khorasan Razavi, Kerman, North Khorasan, Semnan, Lorestan, and Hormozgan are in the red alert.
The provinces of West Azerbaijan, Khuzestan, Bushehr, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Zanjan, Hamadan, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Markazi, Yazd, Gilan, and Qom are also on alert.
