Saudi king dismisses energy minister

Saudi King has issued a decree to dismiss the energy minister and has appointed his brother for the position.
Iran Press/Middle East: Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz has appointed a new energy minister, and Khalid Bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih was dismissed from the position of Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources by the king’s order, TASS reported.
Khaled al-Falih had severe disagreements with Mohammed bin Salman in Aramco; Mohammed bin Salman is the chief designer of the Saudi Vision 2030 document, and the transfer of part of Aramco's stock is also a principal part of the document. However, Khaled Al-Falih, who headed Aramco Oil Company, opposed Aramco's transfer.
Mohammed bin Salman, who has proven in recent years to eliminate his opponents easily, this time sought to eliminate Khalid al-Falih.
