Iran Press/ Middle East: Martin Griffiths is scheduled to hold talks with Yemeni Ansarollah officials on reviving the ways to support the political process and efforts to implement the Stockholm Agreement.
The United Nations Special Representative for Yemen's visit to Sanaa takes place while, he met with Saudi Deputy Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman on Thursday in Riyadh.
Deputy Minister briefed Griffiths on the Kingdom's efforts to mediate a solution for the situation in south Yemen.
The fourth round of Yemeni peace talks began on 6 December 2018, in Stockholm, Sweden, and came into force on Thursday, December 13, 2018, with an agreement on the ceasefire in Al Hudaydah, but the Saudi-led coalition violated it on a daily basis.
Al-Hudaydah port is the main entry point for humanitarian aid to Yemen.
There have been several moves to end the Yemeni war so far, but each time it has stalled because of Saudi Arabia's intransigence.
