Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) has announced that Major General Ghasem Soleimani, the head of the IRGC elite Quds Force, and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, a commander in the PMF, have been martyred in the US strike targeting their car.
Iran Press/ Middle East: Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) announced on Friday that Major General Ghasem Soleimani, the head of the IRGC elite Quds Force, and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, a commander in the PMF have been martyred in the US strike targeting their car.
Some news sources said earlier in the day that at least four rockets hit the airport.
The airport has been closed after the attack.
