Basra bids farewell to martyred Abu Muhandis

Basra (IP)- The funeral procession of martyred and fallen hero Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis is underway in the Iraqi city of Basra, on Tuesday.
Iran Press/ Middle East: The funeral procession of former deputy chief of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (al-Hashd al-Sha'abi) is currently underway in the Iraqi city of Basra on Tuesday.
Al-Muhandis was the former deputy commander of the Popular Mobilisation Forces (PMF), also known as Hashd al-Sha'abi.
As a matter of fact, Basra is the home town of martyred Abu Muhandis.
Hundreds of thousands of people from all walks of life took part in the jam-packed funeral procession in Basra in southern Iraq.
