Israeli Prime Minister claimed during a cabinet meeting that Iran was burying corona victims in the garbage, showing a video that turned out to be part of a television series.

Iran Press/ Middle East: The channel 13 of the Zionist regime’s TV announced that Benjamin Netanyahu played the video for the cabinet on Monday, but his claim later turned out to be part of a 2007 US television series.

Prior to Netanyahu, US officials, including Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, attempted to discredit the official statistics of the Iranian Ministry of Health regarding infections and deaths due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.

Director-General of the World Health Organization Tedros Adhanom Gabrisos rejected the smear campaign in an interview with CNBC and said that the international health body found no evidence of statistical manipulation on the COVID-19 outbreak.

WHO representative to Iran Christoph Hamelmann has also praised the Iranian medical staff in his interviews as the best in the west of Asia.
