Tehran (IP) - The Chinese Ambassador to Israel Du Wei was found dead in his home in Hertzliya on Sunday morning, several Israeli media sources reported.

Iran Press/Middle East: An Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministry official later confirmed the report.

Police are currently in his home and investigating.

China's new ambassador to Israel, 57, handed over his credentials to the Israeli president in early March.
