Rocket hits central Baghdad near US embassy

A Katyusha rocket hit the Green Zone of Baghdad early on Sunday.
Iran Press/Middle East: According to the Dicle News Agency, the US Patriot missile system failed to fully repel the rocket, and it landed near Baghdad's Green Zone.
On June 18, four rockets hit near the US embassy in the Green Zone in central Baghdad.
In January 2019, five Katyusha rockets hit the Green Zone, one of which landed in the US Embassy compound.
